Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information 3Dmages collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

1. What we collect

To quote and fulfil orders we collect your name, email, and — when given — phone and delivery address. We keep your order history, uploaded files, and order-chat messages.

2. How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver orders, keep you updated, and handle payments and refunds. We send order and account notifications; marketing email only if you opt in.

3. Your design files

Uploaded models and briefs are used solely to quote and produce your order. They are stored securely, kept private to the workshop, and never shared or used to train anything.

4. Payment information

Bank-transfer orders are reconciled against your order reference. We do not store full card details; when card payment launches it will be handled by a regulated provider.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the delivery partner needed to get your order to you, and where the law requires it. That’s it.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a few essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus privacy-respecting analytics. Clear cookies in your browser any time.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and warranty. Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period; after that it is permanently anonymised.

8. Your rights

You can see, correct, export, or delete your personal data — manage most of it from your profile. Changing your email triggers a notice to the old address with a 7-day reverse link.

9. Security

Passwords are stored using modern hashing, connections are encrypted, and file access is limited to the workshop team. Changing your password signs out all other sessions.

10. Children

Accounts are for people aged 16 or older, or younger with a parent or guardian’s permission. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data without that consent.

11. Contact and complaints

For any privacy question, reach us through the Contact page. If unsatisfied, you may contact the relevant data-protection authority in Sri Lanka.
