If something isn't right, we make it right. Here's exactly how, and what's covered.

The return window

You have 7 days from delivery for shop items, and 5 days for custom prints, to report a problem. The exact date is shown on your order page, and a defect link stays open until it closes.

What's covered

  • Print-quality fault on our side Covered
  • Item damaged in transit Covered
  • Wrong item or colour sent Covered
  • Change of mind on a custom print Not covered
  • Issue caused by your own design Not covered

How to report a problem

    Open the order
    Find it under My Orders and open the order chat.
  2. 2
    Tell us what's wrong
    Describe the issue and attach a couple of clear photos.
  3. 3
    We review
    We confirm within one business day whether it's covered, and your options.
  4. 4
    Refund or reprint
    If the fault is ours, choose a full refund or a free reprint — we email a prepaid return label either way.
