Ordering & quotes
No — you can quote, order, and track everything as a guest. We email you a tracking link. Create an account later with the same email and we'll link your past orders.
Upload an STL or 3MF for an instant rough quote. We confirm a firm price in chat — usually within one business day — valid for 14 days. Print orders are split into a 40% advance and a 60% balance on completion.
STL and 3MF for printing. A 3MF keeps the colour regions for multi-colour parts. No file? Send a sketch or photo through a design request and we'll model it for you.
Printing & materials
PLA (the everyday default), PETG (water- and sun-tough), ABS (heat-tough), and TPU (flexible). We'll suggest the best fit for your part in chat.
Some parts need temporary supports, which use real plastic we remove before shipping. When the slicer can't cleanly separate them, we add a 10–30% material estimate.
Yes — upload a 3MF with colour regions and assign a stocked filament to each on the Configure step. Each colour change adds a small purge and a load fee.
Delivery & returns
In-stock shop items ship the same week. Print-on-order and custom prints ship in 2–5 business days after the firm price is paid. We ship islandwide via Pronto.
Report it in the order chat within the window shown (5–7 days). If the fault is ours, we examine the returned item and then fully refund or reprint it — your choice, at no cost.
Bank transfer for now — transfer to our account and upload the slip. Card payment is coming soon. Production starts once your advance is verified.
